How payouts work

The short version

  • Paid monthly. All approved referrals are paid out once a month, around the 5th.
  • What counts as approved: a provider signs up for Premium through your link and their subscription is active and in good standing.
  • What doesn't count: signups that are cancelled before the first billing, refunded subscriptions, duplicate or fraudulent signups, and self-referrals.
  • One payout per provider. If a provider renews next year, that's great — but the referral bonus is a one-time reward for bringing them in.
  • Your link lasts 30 days. If someone clicks your link and signs up within 30 days, it's your referral.

Do I need to be a provider to refer?

No. Anyone can refer — patients, caregivers, friends of therapists, community organizers. If you know providers, you can earn.

I'm a provider — can I refer other providers?

Yes! Providers are some of our best referrers. Share your link with colleagues — you earn $5–$20 for each Premium signup, same as everyone.

I work at a therapy practice (receptionist, office manager, billing). Can I refer?

Absolutely — you're in the perfect spot. You know every provider in your network. Share your link with them and earn $5–$20 for each Premium signup.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

No limit. Refer 5 providers or 500 — every qualifying signup earns you $5 or $20.

Do I get paid for free listings?

No — payouts are for Premium signups only. When someone you refer buys a Premium listing ($10/month or $100/year), you earn $5 or $20. Free listings don't earn payouts.

When do I get paid?

Once a month. Approved referrals are batched and paid around the 5th of each month via PayPal — just add your PayPal email in your dashboard. Your dashboard shows the exact next payout date.

How do I receive the money?

We pay out via PayPal. You'll get an email when each payout is sent.

What if a provider cancels?

If they cancel before their subscription is in good standing, the referral doesn't count. If they cancel after you've been paid, you keep what you earned.
