1. What TherapyFind is

TherapyFind is a directory, not a medical provider. We don't give medical advice, diagnose, or recommend treatment. Listings come from the national provider registry (NPI) and from practices themselves. Always verify a provider's credentials and talk to a qualified professional about your care.

2. Using the site

Searching and browsing are free and require no account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Don't misuse the site — no scraping, no spam, nothing that breaks it for others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Intellectual property

The TherapyFind name, logo, design, and site content are our property. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission.

4. Listing accuracy

We work from public registry data and practice-submitted profiles, and we do our best to keep listings accurate — but we can't guarantee every detail is current. Phone numbers, specialties, and availability can change. Confirm directly with the practice.

5. Premium subscriptions (for practices)

• Price: $10/month or $100/year. Prices are in USD and don't include any taxes your jurisdiction may require.
• Billing: Monthly plans bill each month; annual plans bill once a year. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
• Cancel anytime: Use the billing portal (enter the email you signed up with), or email admin@therapyfind.org from your account email. Your Premium listing stays live until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the free listing automatically.
• Refunds: No partial-month refunds. Annual plans get a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase.
• After cancellation: Your listing reverts to the free version (name, credentials, specialty, location, phone). The Premium badge, top placement, rich profile, and Book Now button are removed. Resubscribe anytime to restore your Premium profile.
• Misuse: We may remove Premium status for listings with false information or abusive use, with a pro-rated refund for the unused period at our discretion.
• Termination for misuse: We reserve the right to terminate your Premium subscription or referral program participation at any time if we detect misuse, fraud, false information, or violation of these terms.

6. Book Now

Premium practices link their own scheduling pages. Bookings happen entirely between you and the practice — TherapyFind isn't a party to appointments and takes no responsibility for scheduling.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, TherapyFind isn't liable for decisions you make based on directory listings, for the actions of listed providers, or for interruptions to the service. The site is provided "as is."

8. Referral program

Anyone may join the TherapyFind referral program and earn $5 for each provider who becomes a monthly Premium subscriber through their referral link, and $20 for each annual Premium subscriber. Payouts are made around the 5th of each month for approved referrals. A referral counts only when the referred provider completes a paid Premium signup (free listings never earn payouts); cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent signups don't earn payouts. Referrers are independent — not employees or agents of TherapyFind — and may not speak on our behalf. Referring a provider is not an endorsement or recommendation of that provider: TherapyFind is a directory only, and everyone should do their own research before choosing care. We may change or end the referral program at any time; earned but unpaid amounts will still be paid out.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change and continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. For material changes affecting Premium subscribers, we'll email the address on file.
